By atypical, Mike is referring to the Stan Lee you posted as "not being typical of a genuine, known Stan Lee signature", from any era.

Here's a google compendium on Tonfulle-84's infamous forgeries, links for threads on the subject of this seller from this and other forums. Tonfulle-84 is a well known, often discussed forger of Lee, Kirby, and Ditko signed comics.
