Going rate for Clapton cut???

What is the going rate for an Eric Clapton cut.  I found one that I like a lot but it seems a little high in price.

There are many variables to consider. Vintage fuller signatures are worth more than most more recent ones. Condition is part of the equation. Does it include reliable documentation? Honestly, most sellers are flexible to a certain degree so try to negotiate for the price you are willing to pay.
