Mr. Kaline was one of the best signers ever, it would be difficult to find a forgery.  Until now of course, the scum bags will be hard at work now.  but there are so many authentic versions out there at low prices, the market for forgeries will not be there.

Exactly.  I have seen a few cheap forgeries popping up, so far all on photos.
