Is this Kobe Bryant autograph and jersey real?

I purchased this jersey from a seller on eBay from a seller called atg_memorabilia (Around the Grounds Memorabilia) the morning before the news came out about Kobe's death. I am concerned because I saw a post from another user that mentioned this seller had fake PAAS items listed for sale on eBay. Obviously I didn't see that before I made the purchase. I have also been struggling to find out what kind of jersey this is because there is no tag at the bottom right corner. Any help is appreciated, I'm a first time buyer of autographed collectibles.

Game used sports memorabilia is my forte. I’ve handled multiple pieces of Kobe gear and know his signature well. IN MY OPINION this signature is no good.

Update:

1) From Beckett: "After our review, it is our opinion that the item is: Likely to Pass Full Authentication, BY BECKETT AUTHENTICATION SERVICES"

2) Message from PSA: "We do hand-sticker the items, so it is possible that the person who placed it accidentally place it on a slant. We cannot pull the sticker up and re-place it because they are tamper evident and will be destroyed if pulled."

Fantastic! I am glad to hear the signature is real as I said and my only concern was the sticker placement. Now PSA have confirmed it may have been slanted by accident you've got a genuine Kobe Jersey which is worth much more than you paid, Nicely done, hope you're happy with that!

I didn't see this post before, sorry. The B-series PSA/DNA serial numbers are for a 16,000 piece Kobe private signing PSA certified in about 2001. I don't recall if PSA witnessed it or not.

Dr. Loomis, I understand why this particular signature concerned you. It's not as nicely signed as most from the signing, and his autographs for his Upper Deck 3-Time Champion signing are bigger and more stylish.
