Judy Garland autograph

Does anyone still have the link for the magazine which described Judy's autograph from 1930s to 1960s?  I tried to access the page, but the link didn't work. Thanks.

It's happening to me. 

The site no longer works on my ipad Ive just used my phone and its added it 3 times. 

I don't know what's going on with the page this week
