Fake Walt Disney Signatures - Your Opinion?

There has been several Walt Disney signed pieces on eBay lately that are IMHO forgeries. It seems to me that they are not secretarials as it appears someone was making the  effort to make them look genuine. I have posted a couple of these for your review.
