The Shining - Nicholson & Duvall signed poster - real?

Can I please have opinions on both of these signatures please? 

This Nicholson looks ok, maybe, but I'm struggling on this Duvall signature.  Why would someone forge her though?

I agree that the Jack Nicholson autograph is typical.
