The signatures look good assuming that it’s live ink. The text at the bottom and a portion of the right side is missing.

Looks OK to me too...nice one! The photo was taken in July 1963...and released in September 1963. Lots of these were signed by the Fan Club...and I've seen quite a few signed by Neil Aspinall as well.

looks like it’s been cut off with one of those paper slicers.
