Likely not. I'd pass on them.
For one thing, "Geoge" without an r?
The "r" in George is there just before the second "g". They were signed in fountain pen, which spread the ink in places
Already discussed a couple of threads ago - likely not genuine!!!
Not sure what you mean by a couple of threads ago. I found and joined this site yesterday. The autographs have been hanging on a wall in my rec room since 1990 and never posted/share anywhere. Thanks
Oops my mistake - sorry for that. I’d still say the signatures are not genuine and odd enough to probably pass on.
Wow, what an odd piece. It does look like the R in “George” is missing, even accounting for the ink spread. Look at the pen pressure of the second N and shape of the O in “Lennon.”
No thanks...
These are not authentic in my opinion. the forger made a mistake with Lennon. As Ballroom mentioned, Lennon rarely if ever actually formed the "'o" in his last name. it was typically more like "e".
I’m not 100% these are good however the pen used can add to the signatures not looking right , these sorts of pens are notoriously hard to write or sign with.
