Is Rihanna and Bill Clinton real?

Two separate autographs that I recently acquired - it is my first graph for each, and I am not super familiar with their styles.  Not sure much about the Clinton graph, but the Rihanna one was from an FYE employee who got it when the album came out.  Please let me know your opinions.  Appreciate it!

Rihanna is a fake as Rob said. The Clinton I'm on the fence with. The first part is okay, the rest looks off. Any further details on the item?
