Walt Disney - love it or leave it?

found this album page said to be signed by Walt Disney for auction. No time left to contact Phil Sears. Any opinions? Does it look legit?

I'd be very surprised if Disney signed that.

Thanks, Steve. It did look legit to me, but I made an expensive mistake with Disney before, so this time I asked prior to buying. And seemingly I would have made one more expensive failure ...

Can you tell me what it is that makes you think it's no good?
