I got it for a little less money, but, what do you mean by same hand,, one person faked them all, or are a the sigs just heaps different from the many legit variations

Yes, one person made this to make money - the title of the sheet music. They are rather poor attempts. The ink looks kinda odd but I am thinking that is the paper.
