Another NEIL ARMSTRONG - Real or Fake?

Hi, 

What do you think about this Neil Armstrong autograph (without greetings or dedication) on the well-known NASA litho? 

Generally, it looks good to me but the slightly smeared part makes me a little suspicious. 

I would appreciate some additional opinions.
