Imo it isn't either but it comes with a coa from authenticateit.co.uk.

I don't know the company as I'm kinda new to this.

To paraphrase from a post here "If authenticateit.co.uk it told me it was a sunny day I'd run into a bomb shelter"

You can search the seller here at this site using our search engine. I would avoid that entire source.

The only authentic signed Heath Ledger Joker was sold for about $3k.

A signed Ledger on a Joker item is as rare as it gets, even rarer than a Rickman in Harry Potter. I've seen many forgeries of both and if offered one it's almost certain it's a fake
