There's quite a story behind this one - I'll gather some thoughts first and then share the story.

Without seeing it up close, it looks like it could be ok to me.

I can get closer if it helps.

The ending flourish of the last name appears correctly formed. On the whole looks a bit stretched horizontally but appears OK from here.

Here’s a closeup of the signature.

100% good. He signed some LPs and CDs of that record that were randomly distributed among preorders from his official webstore.

I remember that. I acquired this a different way. At the end of 2015 I was randomly looking on eBay, and saw this listing from an animal shelter in Jamaica that was raising some money, mostly by auctioning stays at resorts and the like. Then there was this, with just a stock photo accompanying the listing.

Nobody else bid on it, so I took a chance at $200-300. Something about it seemed right, even sight unseen. For several months after that, I was unable to reach the seller at all, but I held back from filing a complaint with eBay. Eventually I forgot I ever bought it.

In about May of the following year, the lady at the shelter wrote, apologizing for the delay, and explained that she didn’t trust the Jamaican mail system, and she wanted to hold onto it until some US-based friends came to visit, and they would take it back and ship it from the US.

I kinda nodded along for the next couple months, not taking it very seriously. Finally around October, she writes and says her friends are on their way back to the US with it, and gives me their contact info. So 10 months later, I got it!

After I got it and thanked her she had a lovely little story about how Keith always comes into the shelter when he’s down there, how much he loves dogs, and how cool he is in general. And that’s the story of how I got that album.

I figured this was out of that same batch that he signed, but never quite worked out whether he signed it there at the shelter, had someone drop it off, or mail it directly.

Glad you all agree it’s good, that was my feeing too.

And after all that, it was those US-based people that caused the damage on the front. I offered to send them packaging so they could just insert the LP and send it back, but they insisted they knew what they were doing. Somehow they thought that involved putting tape on the front cover.
