Robert,

This is a piece I'd take some time on. It's something that the word needs to get out on to get the attention of the right Connery collectors. And even though it has what looks to be a solid LOA, getting a well-known and respected third-party authenticator's (TPA's) COA could make a real difference too. 

As for value, with a TPA COA and taking time, I think $2,000+ is not unlikely.

Are you in a hurry to sell it?

I think its a really nice and unique  piece altho more suitable imo for a usa market so maybe put it into a usa auction.

I think it would appeal to both UK and US markets to be honest...I know you're thinking it's baseball etc but Sean Connery was Scottish afterall and a British household name..Good luck with your sale

Hi Robert, I'm sure you won't have a problem shifting that...it's a nice item..you just need the right market and it'll fly..i think Steve had the right idea with a TPA coa...it will add to the already great provenance and may add extra value...Best of luck
