Looks close but the W especially doesn't look right to me. The ACOA one looks real. Compare the W's in the ACOA you posted and the one I posted below.

Ok it's done Steve, the seller told me he has a COA of One Truth (Wide_savannah)
In the first moment it really looked to me as if it had a chance.
