1986 Fleer Jordan Autograph - Real??

Hello -

I have a 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan that I got from a card store in 1992 and the autograph was supposed to be from the late 80's.

Just wondering if it's real?

Wow! Very nice. Looks like his old signature. Authentic in my opinion.

Thanks, I really hope I can find a way to get it authenticated. I think it looks very similar to samples I've seen from around 1986 or 1987.

You should have the card graded. Looks to be about a 6 or 7. They are going nuts on eBay right now. Without the signature about $10,000.

I actually did send it in to PSA a couple years ago and they could not guarantee authenticity on the signature so I didn't have the card graded with a qualifier or anything.

Really? That is surprising but they obviously know something we don't. I know the "M" is similar to what is deemed as a "thru the mail" signature where someone other than Mr. Jordan opened up his mail and signed stuff and returned it, basically a secretarial signature. See below for example:
