Jason, Not a fan of this one. I see a lack of connection in the a to g in Cagney as a major characteristic flaw. I am 70/30 against this being real……in my humble opinion.

Many thanks, David. Great observation! Here's a close up of another - same photo, same period - where you can see the same stroke connecting the a and g, which makes me wonder if it's the writing insrument. I do like the second signature better, but the photo itself has more damage.

Jason, I like your second Cagney signature better. It is not the signing pen, it is the lack of pressure applied by the signer. 

Thanks for sharing, David. When 80 years old you reach, sign as good, you will not... I guess. I'll try sending them in for certification to sell one. No use holding on to both.
