Pink Floyd Signed Division Bell - Authenticity Thoughts?

Hi All.

I picked this up around 13 years ago from a reputed seller who allegedly worked in the music industry. Signed during the Pulse DVD release era.

Thoughts on authenticity greatly received. Thanks.
