Hi guys. I don't know if anyone is interested in this kind of thing but I figured I'd share just in case. Counting crows are going on tour and their VIP tickets include an autographed lyric sheet, amongst other stuff. It's $80-150 for regular seats.$280 for the VIP package, which includes seats in the front five rows, the autographed lyric sheet, and some other odds and ends.

A number of artists do signed merch through tour meet & greet, VIP packages, etc. Almost might be worth it to start it's own separate thing, since these differ quite a bit from straight pre-order purchases in terms of the experience, overall price tag, etc. Of course, these are also geared toward the bigger fans.

In past times artists would have fan clubs and the meet & greets would be done through those. It sounds like the VIP packages are more common now.
Years ago a friend and I joined Gretchen Wilson's fan club to get in on a m&g, had photos taken with her (and got something autographed), and then the next time she toured we had our photos wirh her autographed.
