It certainly looks like Bob’s signature circa early 1980s.  However, I found at least one seller listing this exact same signed photo, as a reproduction, for $12 and change:

The seller has a mixture of different signed items, some JSA certified, others not.  There are at least a couple, described as TTM, which I don’t like the look of, e.g. Cate Blanchett, Demi Moore.

As he’s selling this Dylan as a repro then there’s no foul, I guess.  His listing could be clearer, mind.  If it were an original, it’d be a $2,000+ item, easy.

Hopefully, you didn’t buy it as an original?

There are very few bargains to be had with Dylan.  His signature is expensive, difficult to authenticate, and widely faked, which makes him a prime target for forgers.  Aside from lottery-winning luck, you’re unlikely to find an original for sale at less than $1,500.  More attractive items, like signed photos and LP covers can sell for 3-4 times that starting price.
