Joe DiMaggio signed baseball

I came across a JD signed baseball. I'm still learning how to interpret autographs and would like some help to determine if this is authentic. I am told the CoA has been misplaced. The ball is an official league 1995 ball. I'm looking to get this for a close friend. All info is appreciated.

This looks very slowly drawn. Looks odd with lighter top and bottom. See what others say.

A 1995 ball would indicate DiMaggio nearing the end of his life. I have seen exemplars where he slowly signed around the mid/late 90’s. I’m on the fence, there probably is someone who really knows DiMaggio out there.

When in doubt, let it out. Buy somewhere else preferably PSA for DiMaggio.
