What do you think of Signature Dreams

although they seem to have the following information on their "resident" authenticator on many items so perhaps I have answered my own question;;

Mr. Morales can and will testify as an expert in any court of law as to the authenticity of this item if the item is ever claimed to be questionable by any of the other so called "Non Certified Opinionators"...(PSA/DNA..GAI...JSA....etc). Item will be accompanied by a registered and notarized legal document from Mr. Morales. Shipping charge is $2.50 to 12.50 depending on weight... Item must be paid in 7 days after auction closes... Cashiers Check, Money Order , Personal Check, Paypal or any Major Credit Card is acceptable"

 

I thought I read that he is considered by a court on a case to case basis and has only been called on but a few times.  And, in the one case that involved memoribillia wasn't he impeached as a memoribillia expert?

Oh the above one is an elvis but there are dozens of other and those that don't have a "forensic COA from morales" are offered a referral to him from the auction site. 

 

Although it's refreshing that that are also bonded BuySafe / Trusted Merchants.. I wonder what liberty mutual thinks of the situation but you can alwys get a certificate of insurance first then Trust but Verify.

 

Although I do find the post script rather odd.

PS James Shelton has not worked for me at this store for 2 years...He is not affiliated with this business at all...No matter what he says ...Do Not Believe Him !!!

Here are a sample of that site's fake NASCAR autographs.  Most of these forgery styles were the types that were removed from ebay.  EVERY IMAGE BELOW CONTAINS A FAKE AUTOGRAPH!

 

This is just a sample of their NASCAR forgeries. If Morales is authenticating these, he has no leg to stand on.  These and others on that site are some of the worst forgeries I have seen since the "wild west days" of ebay.

 

I could show others, but I think I made my point.

Here is the most interesting blurb out of the article that I saw.

"But even the general manager of an auction house that sells scores of Morales-authenticated pieces each year says he doesn't have a lot of confidence in Morales.

"There are authenticators whose work seems better," says Lee Trythall of Coach's Corner. "There are guys who are more qualified."

The marketplace, moreover, apparently does not value Morales' opinion. Memorabilia that Morales has authenticated routinely sells for a fraction of the price similar items authenticated by others fetch."

and there are maybe a dozen or more blog posts with comments mentioning Morales on that site—and all but perhaps one or two have a similar opinion of him as we do.

unfortunately, there are tons of places like this place and coach's corner that will continue to move all the garbage and rip-off the customer who in turn will simply try and move it in the future and become furious...  I hope liberty mutual has put away enough in reserves...  sad part is they tout being a .chamber of commerce....  Is PA becoming the fraud mecca of the country...  As I recall Stan's Sporting Goods (operation foul ball/bullpen fame)  was in PA as well.

 

Who is this Shelton they are talking about?

amazing how many outlets are just in it for the $$ and could care less about the hobby.  This place's picture looks like a store front.

 

brandon maybe they should add a new line to their "man cave" offerings;  It doesn't have to be Real, just Authenticated.

It amazes me that the site has lasted so long. Of course, the same can be said to Coaches Corner. At least we can see the common denominator between the two.

This site is riddled with fakes....that just insane....they start the baseball fakes with a fake Mantle and Dimaggio in there advertisement....WOW that's not cool....all Dimaggios...Mantles...Berras...Maris's...Jacksons...Aarons are all FAKE....that site is insane....and that was only about 4 minutes of looking....and there all not even close....NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!!!!!

agreed...just riddled. All the Mantles are obvious forgeries.

 

This signature dreams should change their name to "SIGNATURE NIGHTMARES".

Here's their 2 different ripping off points they would like to highlight for you. Forget that the signatures are phoney as a 3 dollar bill... Here's the quotes from the funniest guys on the planet. I almost piereced a lung laughing so damned hard.

Hey FUDDJCAL...Its basically who can through who under the bus faster with those responses...what a joke...I will be posting there fakes in my FOREGERY FILE if I have the time....that's just insane...It would take weeks to download all of that stuff into my file...I MAY JUST HAVE TO MAKE A SIGNATURE DREAMS FILE....HATS OFF TO DB FOR BLOWING UP THE SPOT ON THESE CROOKS !!!!!!!!!!!
