Paul's RAM autograph

I'd appreciate any opinions on its authenticity. I bought at an auction, and it does have an authenticity from GFA (Stephen Rocci), that (now) I know, not as trustable as Frank Caiazzo. So I, now in doubt, I will appreciate all opinions. Thank you.

It's only one colour ink (blue). The colors of the album cover turn the blue into green when he pass trough the yellow.

I will pay atention, it's very sad to buy forgeries :(

Isn't this poor thing in one color ink and flash photography along with the colots under the ink making it look different?
