Walt Disney autograph - Is it real?

Hello!

I´m looking forward to your opinions concerning this WALT DISNEY autograph!

Found it inside an old mexican autograph scrapbook from the 1940ths. The other signature on this page is from esther Fernández, a Mexican actress.

In case it´s authentic, how much is it worth?

It looks like the Disney is likely authentic. Condition is a bit rough but still it's a desirable signature.
