Opinions on Charles Darwin Signature

Hello, 

    Looking for opinions on this Charles Darwin signature. Darwin has been on my list for signatures to get for years and everytime I miss out. I had a chance to buy a letter 20 years ago for $500 and as the years pile up they just get more and more expensive.

Yes, seems this dealership seems to be a good one for this kind of historical material.   They do have a direct purchase website which could potentially save you on a piece like this:

Not top familar with his sig, but I own a hand-addressed envelope from hin. From what I see there (epecially the "D") this looks good to me.
