20ish years ago after some kind of monster, James Hetfield came across as a lazy POS to me.. I believe its only gotten worse. He is so used to money coming in automatically that he does not care about deadlines... ill probably get some flack for saying this but its how I feel based on videos and interviews ive seen.. I bet any money he is causing the hold up

The books have shipped.  I received mine about a week ago in the U.S.  Apparently all of the signed pages, which are parchment paper, have some form of smudging ... especially around the Lars Ulrich signature.  I already complained to Reel Art Press, and their only offer was to take the book back for a refund since all of the books have signed pages with smudges.  If you search eBay for 'Metallica black white book' and highest first, there are two up so you can see approximately what yours will look like.
