Betty Grable autograph real or not?

Hello!!! I have TWO questions:

1) Anyone knows if this Betty Grable autograph is real?

2) How much is the value of a Jean Harlow photo signed by her mother "Mama Jean"?

I think this may be a secretarial Grable. Haven't followed Mama Jean signed photos for awhile but as I remember, probably in the $100 range.
