I’ve seen this before and it included these Dylan and Lynne signatures as well. I don’t believe that it’s authentic.

Some elements of the George appear alright to me but I am not familiar with Petty at all. From what I saw of Petty signatures, there are many that are irregular. 

The Dylan in your photos is definitely not genuine. It sure does look like the same ink as George's signature. The area in which it was cut is strange too.

I have it as originating from the Rare and Signed website.

No problem. I saved the images in 2017.
