kind of confused about the way it says Cd record but i assume it's a cd and not vinyl
says signed by Nergal! and that This signed version is limited to 333 items worldwide

I assume these are actually signed on the front. Bummer it's only Nergal, though. On the same web store they had records signed by the whole band some time ago. Those looked great btw!
