Could be a very ugly rushed one, but I'd say no. I'd suggest you avoid it.

Edit: Ps I see you've tried to reach me via friend request and by leaving a comment on my page. Apologies, but I don't typically get on here very often anymore. That item is very atypical and not something I'd feel comfortable saying was genuine. I would advise against it.

Yes, Tracks UK has a great collection that changes year-round. They always have rare/promo pieces and they're all good.

I'd suggest saving up about 3K and going for a solid piece from them. They have good bits all the time, so no need to feel rushed.

If you have the time and patience I would look for something from Italy at an Italian auction house or the Italian equivalents of eBay and ask for opinions on here before bidding. Tracks are a very safe and convenient option but obviously (and quite rightly) you pay quite a premium for their service.
