Puzzling Ike and Tina Turner signed programme

Hi everyone

Picked up a Stones programme recently and it appears to have been signed by the Turner's (being a support act on the tour). Close up it appears two hands have signed; one signing Ike, the other Tina Turner. But I can't work out what's wrote above. Any ideas...?

Herman Relf (Tromb(one)) Ike - Tina Turner.
It looks like it’s entirely in his hand.

I had it as Herman, but a search of Herman Ike Tina Turner didn't return any good results.

Herman Relf is my father and he was a part Ike & Tina's Revue in the 50s & 60s. He played the trombone and can be found in the band's picture holding his trombone. Ike & Tina opened for the Rolling Stones twice when he was a part of the vsnd.
