I fully appreciate that I am late to the party on this, but this is another real or fake question. Basically I needed two of these, one for my collection and one for my daughter who has just bought her first house. She was at one of the Knebworth gigs and I know that framed up this would take pride of place in her new home. I managed to get a third, so I could pick the best two and hopefully find a friend who would have the third. It never crossed my mind that the issue would be real or fake, just which two were the best!
Much as I would like to have genuine ones my gut feeling is that all three fall into the “nearly but nope” category. Can someone voice their expert second opinion please, as I simply couldn’t pass over a fake to my daughter.

Sent mine back to Banquet over the weekend, they were always my ' go to ' place for signed items and vinyl in general. Not anymore, such terrible customer service.

Just had notification of refund payment, those guys need a lesson in customer service!!!
Seems to include initial postage amount too

Are you now banned from buying again from them then, as suggested elsewhere on the forum?
Wouldn't seem to be a good business decision if all those who returned items for a refund were.

It’s just that Banquet were sending out emails to some saying “cancel for a refund if you like, but don’t try ordering from us again as it won’t be honoured”

So I am even more annoyed with these clowns now.
I had 3 Orders and 1 Vinyl hasn’t turned so I messaged them over a week ago and kindly asked them to refund me as it had not arrived. They messaged back saying it was not sent tracked or signed as I had not selected that as a option so until a Delivery was attempted their hands were tied.
So I messaged again Today asking for a refund as it was sent out on 23rd August and they now claim they have a photo of it being delivered sitting outside the front door. I have now pointed out I had 3 Orders so how can they prove which order it is considering a week ago they claimed it wasn’t sent 48 tracked and the parcel shown has a 48 hours tracked on it.
I feel like I can’t open a PayPal claim as they will say it was delivered but they haven’t shown me proof of which parcel it was delivered.
