Celine Dion Autograph

Hi everyone! 
I am new to all this and saw a listing on Facebook for an autographed picture of Celine Dion. The seller says it comes with certificate of authenticity and everything but I am aware this can be made up and last thing I want is to get scammed. The seller believes it’s real but then again she bought it from someone else. What do you guys think? Thank you in advance!

I’m not an expert on Celine but this doesn’t feel genuine to me
