Thanks to everyone who set me straight. 

I rather thought it was a facsimile but because of the handsome portrait, was hoping it was authentic. 

The eBay seller is asking a couple of hundred dollars. He probably got in an estate sale or a "Storage Wars" find.

Agree with you Eric about Witness For the Prosecution, and he gave an unforgettable performance as con man Stanton Carlisle in Nightmare Alley. Love that unique Tyrone/Power postmarked envelope!
