These are all different. Likely hand signed but would need to see it in hand. It would be irresponsible of me to say it is hand signed when I can't be certain.

and the book also states that this is the first edition, is this also something to talk about?

First editions are always good, but unless it stated that all were hand signed or the like I don't see it helping to prove the autograph is what is called "live ink". Some of the images you posted earlier, among those 4, showed what appears hand signed signatures.
