Thoughts on this Cheap Trick signed album?

A coworker just bought one as a gift and I have my suspicions. Hoping to get the opinion of this group.

For reference here's sigs of Rick, Robin, and Bun E. that I obtained in person in a moving theater after a show on Okinawa in the early 80's.  What a show that was.
