Rare Fully Signed "Beatles '65 LP

From Julien's Auctions. Seems like if it were a forgery, all four signatures would be on the same side to maximize value.  What do the members think?  And estimate of what it's worth?

That’s very difficult to say. That’s certainly an atypical John.

"Paul" in Paul McCartney looks way off so I would say fake or at best some sec, some real.
