autographmemoriestsc with a rare PSA/DNA authenticated GEORGE LUCAS Autograph

Just got this back from PSA/DNA. A very rare PSA/DNA authenticated George Lucas signed index card! Check it out. What should I frame it up with?

VERY nice autograph! That's easy. Frame it with our favorite photo or other piece of memorabilia! Make sure you use museum grade glass and framing materials. And even then, be careful about light.

Yes, I've learned my lesson about light. In 2007 and 2008, I bought a huge autograph collection that included over 300 framed pieces. I turned my house into a museum. The guy I bought them from was very knowledgeable and had them all professionally framed, with all the right glass, etc. Still, a couple of them were too close to the light and faded a little. That was a bummer, but 95% of them held up well. I can't wait to frame up my Lucas. Just need the right "Star Wars" photo, and the right frame. Thanks for your input.

I'm happy to help, and glad you understand the importance of having the right protection.

Someone should tell the curators at the Stafford Space Museum in Weatherford, OK about that. They have a whole lot of historical items that are fading away due to lighting. Sad thing for sure.

Wow, that's terrible. I saw the same thing at a local restaurant. They had a gold theme, and framed photos of Nicklaus, Palmer, Tiger and many other all-time greats on the walls. Because they were not professionally framed with the right glass, etc., they were all badly faded. It's especially sad when it happens to historical photos or documents. That's history that will be lost forever.
