thanks for posting, I seemed to miss her on the couple releases (and saw her live on that last Vegas residency), 

US only, limit 4, CD shipping was a so-so $6.30 for one, $11.06 for two

ha, what a "John Mayer" - i received mine yesterday, but haven't had time to open, now I know what to expect.  

We keep buying (me included) these with the flimsy Post-it size 4 x 4""art cards", so the labels will keep feeding them out.
