Thanks, Doug. I loved it, too. With the Internet taking away so much advertising we were losing a lot of money. I often think about doing it again though.

Understand the economics but we sure do miss it. I remember walking into the bookstore giddy finding the new copy each month. Read it cover to cover. Multiple times over.

Yeah, I liked that columnist too! My favorite piece was the Beatles record unfortunately.

So, whatever happened to Bryan Slavin and Autograph Central? I spent 10K on stuff from them, only realizing a month later, the stuff was bogus. Was that his real name? Did he open under a different name?

And with Myron Ross, I got real lucky getting my money back on many items (including a signed Doors picture I paid $900 for).

Man, sorry about that. He moved to North Carolina after he was sued by a collector for selling forgeries. Haven't followed him much since.
