Sold for $6,000 plus 25% BP. I’d presume an honest Jim Morrison signed Elektra contract would fetch 2.5X that with ease. 

I also archived back 12 years ago and see where Ballroom posted the exact contract he had found on eBay selling for $350. Someone got handled.
