Are these legit MJ autographs?

Both USA jersey and photo were purchased from local Cleveland sports shows in 94.

They had a paper/guarantee from company Sports Shots.

Not authentic in my opinion. When your looking for a Michael Jordan graph your BEST BET, is that it's authenticated by Upper Deck.
