The report for SAC004671 is obviously meaningless nonsense with no names attached. It says nothing. We can see what is signed, with what and where. What we can't see is who did this "authentication" such as it is...

Dalshire either owns that company -- or pays them for each phony LOA as they are in on the scam. Even if you won the auction, they can't force you to pay. Do they have your credit card on file? If you win I suggest suspending the card so they can't charge it.
