RAD Autographs- Are they legit?

I have been following some stuff on Ebay from RAD autographs which states

This item will include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Rad Autographs.

Anyone familiar with them?

Browsing sellers inventory I’d expect him to remove this listing for the recent signed Snoop fiasco if he is highly respected after reading previous thread.
