Did anyone else get scammed with this by Nonesuch Records? I bought CD's with signed prints and for a while I was receiving "will ship soon" emails and then after a couple of months they simply went silent and I never received the signed portion of the order. They don't respond to emails.

Email customer support for a full refund. the signed print was "backordered" but they mailed the cd. I waited 2 months and still no print, emailed customer support and got a full refund and kept the cd. That was months ago tho. Nonesuch was Horseshitte on this release. Surrey.

same story here, 

Merch only arrives,"Backorder" on the print, waited, then asked for Refund (kept merch) -

I wonder if she signed any at all.  

Nonesuch was generally good in the past, but a total ball drop on this one.

There are two LP's with signed prints on Ebay. But it's true, you'd expect there would be more.

Orders were last August, so any hope of this 'backorder' being fulfilled nine months later, is slim at best.  

Anyone still waiting and not asking for a refund, is more patient than I am. At least I can still hear the new album, as they let me keep the CD.

I'll ask for a refund as well. I'll be seeing Laurie in two weeks at the Cannes Film Festival and I'll just get the CD signed in-person.
