It looks like Brian Epstein's signature upside down below George’s signature.

The George and John's surname look unusual to me but as the other parts look spot-on I guess they are probably OK. The price suggests the market agrees.

The staining would put me off but maybe it can be removed without affecting the signatures - obviously a job for professionals ONLY.
