I’ve been using myUKmailbox. Also, I noticed that this book is published by Rizzoli, so you may want to keep an eye out for a direct offering from them, as they are US-based.

Thank you. I feel like she'll at least end up doing some press, even if only in NYC. Maybe a one off appearance there. But also Rizzoli has a store and usually sells signed copies of their releases as well so I will attempt to be patient....attempt.

Don't know how many orders Rizzolli's eventbrite will take,but I wouldn't wait on it for too long,also being told it will be hand signed not book plated.
