The listing says it has a COA from Roger Epperson…

Sigs look good, but as I said, maybe too good... I think we already discussed similar cases with "perfect" examples, that could be stamped/printed...

I don’t recall ever seeing them sign in proximity like that.

Agreed, the grouping looks odd and the sigs seem very detailed, careful, and remarkably even, perhaps in pressure or ink deposit.

I don't see any signs of a stamp. Could it be one hand? They are so...even.

A good auto pen?

There is good chance Ballroom will recognize the originals if these were made from other examples. Something seems off and these are not Autopens as I know them. Something modern perhaps, I don't know. The uniformity is unnerving.

They look familiar to a contract to me. Something a more tidy and formal signature would be needed for.

I'm gonna go with one hand or some modern contraption capable of making these.

They may have tried to sign in the more open area. There’s a lot of text below where they signed.

This would be an very exceptional set then, no? Even unusual? So neat and clean and in such good condition?

For sure, but that may be what it is.
